Kronos 360 acquires MMC to create a "French leader in second-hand watches"
Acquired in the summer of 2021 by the Berlin giant Watchmaster, MMC has now passed into the hands of Kronos 360 in Paris, which also specializes in second-hand watches and desires to become one of the French leaders in this rapidly changing sector.

The adventure did not last long between MMC and Watchmaster... Not even two years. It must be said that the Berlin giant experienced major setbacks at the end of 2022 when 10 million watches were stolen during a burglary… Which hurt its cash flow!
Today, therefore, MMC is changing hands and becoming French again since it is Kronos 360 which has bought it (goodwill and assets) for an obviously undisclosed amount...
With this takeover, Pascal Paul, CEO of Kronos 360, plans to become one of the leaders in the French second-hand watch market, which includes, among others, Cresus, Bucherer, Collector Square and Watchfinder (Richemont group).
