For its 150th birthday, the Prunier Victor Hugo restaurant treats itself to a new menu signed Yannick Alléno, the new ambassador for the Maison de Caviar. They both support responsible and environmentally friendly gastronomy.

Available from October 3 at the restaurant, and with Click and Collect, this new menu revisits the icons of Prunier with contemporary recipes. In particular the menu has: Christian Dior egg, artichoke caviar ice cream, oysters with almond milk and dill and salmon in Chardonnay jelly.

The Prunier Victor Hugo restaurant, which is classified as a Historic Monument, has also recently refreshed its "Art Deco" interior, which will be unveiled with the new menu.

“When you are a conscientious chef, it is important to come and see the source, to pick up your own products and see how they are made, to guarantee our customers the best. Prunier is an emblematic French house. And it's true that I think that today, more than ever, we have to carry our French values. Today I want to represent the best of France and I found it here at Prunier,” stated Yannick Alléno.
