In 2016, the OLMA team went on an expedition to climb Mount Damavand, the highest summit in the Middle East. Indeed, after reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in 2015 for the purpose of raising funds for the Downside Up charity, we decided to try replicating this success.
The OLMA team financed their own travel and expenses for the Mount Damavand expedition and each member raised funds for Downside Up . OLMA matched every euro raised by individual team members, doubling the final amount donated.
